Alexandre Desplat is a French composer of film music. First, he composed music for television but then he became the composer for some of the greatest directors in the world like Jacques Audiard, Wes Anderson or Guillermo del Toro. He won an Oscar for The Grand Budapest Hotel and The Shape of Water and three César for De battre mon cœur s'est arrêté, The Ghost Writer et De rouille et d'os.

ASTEROID CITY (official competition)
The story takes place in an imaginary city in 1955. Scholarly competitions are organized betweens students and their parents at an annual Junior Stargazer convention. But romance and many other dramas are going to interfere…
